The National Association of Realtors Real Estate Services Group recently published a great article on consumer preferences for real estate services based on a survey by Harris Poll.

Over 1,100 recent and future homebuyers were surveyed online, and the results revealed that the usage of and interest in “one stop shopping” (OSS) has substantially increased. Fifty percent (50%) of recent buyers used one source to procure home-buying services, compared to 29% in 2008.
